My name is Shelby Lee. I am a freshman at Pine View School, and also the PCR. If you don't know what that is, DEAL WITH IT. I am a proud member of Speech and Debate (I do the best event, LD), Z-Club, and Scholars for Scholars. I'm Jewish. yessss. I have the best friends in the world. I would die without them. I love just about everybody, but don't get on my bad side. Most of you know what happens when you do. Some of my favorite things are rain, football (NE Patriots, BITCH), my dogs, and chocolate. ok so im totally pissed cuz i cant go to the beach. and rite now every1 is there and i miss you guys so incredibly much and i my mom wouldnt let me go cuz i had to get my dad a father's day present. i would much rather be lmao under the sun w/my bffs.
while we were at the mall i did get this adorable fossil wallet for only $26! good deal. its real leather and its black w/different colored flowers on it. i no i will use it a lot.
at lms i got cheesecake! chris stole my idea and brought a Sara Lee cheesecake for our friend Sarah Lee Gassel who sits at our table. today is her 15th birthday. it was sooo good. and cheesy. mmmmm.
now im here wating for people to come home and get online. ill just sit here all by myself updating my lj and reading other people's. nah, im jk. im not really that upset, just would much rather be w/yall.
and now i have run out of things to say. cant wait till the next beach day that i can actually come to!

today was kinda boring. my sis and mom had lunch w/my sis's friend and mom who just got back from Spain. Spain! can u believe it? and her other friend went to Paris over spring break. spoiled little kids.....
sunday was totally awesome w/Michelle. for the full scoop, read her lj and my comment to that post. yes, im really that lazy to not type it all out.
father's day is sunday. i have absolutly no idea wat im going to get my dad. plus, we're in a fight so i dont really feel like spending money on a hat that say "No. 1 Dad" or nething like that. ne ideas, guys?
omg, i saw this commercial that says "once u no how to act like a dad, ull no how to shop like a dad" for father's day. it shows the wife cutting bushes w/an electric clipper, drinking milk out of the gallon bottle, using and electric drill, lighting a bbq, and jumping up and down in front of the tv cheering for a sports team. now i want u all to no that i do all of those things on a regular basis, but i am by no means a father. i found that totally hilarious and i hope u do too.

mmk. i just changed my buddy icon to a carton of milk. how appropriate for me! lol i love how much of a dork i am. but thats wat i get for going to pv jp lol.
today was lazy. i finished my photo album of 8th grade memories. its great. then i got a chocolate fribble at friendly's. mmmmm the thick creamy goodness.
i also helped mis padres hang up the huge curtains they got today to put infront of our sliding glass doors. shelby pulls her weight around this house! lol
and thats pretty much it for today. i like typing in pretty colors. makes my lj more fun to read, dont u think?

today was the last day of the first week of summer school. 1/3 of the way done! whoop! lol. at least im getting it over w/now. community service... thats a different story. summer is great and i can stay up and sleep real late tomorrow. i cant wait! lol, im such a dork. tomorrow i plan to go to Publix (where shopping is a pleasure) and cut out 41 digital pics that i printed and put them in my 8th grade album. its really coming together and holds all of my fondest 13-year-old memories. lol. i took my doggies for a walk today. i was gonna to 2 laps of my street but we hadnt even finished the first one wen Blitz, my german shepard, pulled me toward the house, clearly showing he had had enough of the florida heat. but hey, who can blame him? love and miss you all! xoxo

ok gotta hurry. i can hear thunder outside and need to turn off Julia (my computor) soon. so no details, k? yesterday i saw The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants w/maya, amy, jeanne, and sarah. we all read the books, too. it was absoluty incredible. i was crying throughout the entire thing. i was totally moved by it and cant stop thinking about it. a movie has never affected me this way before and i think i no y: the girls in the movie r spending their first summer apart since they were born. next year we go into high school and will be separated from our best friends too. with schedules all over the place there are no garantees that we will even see our closest friends, even the not so close but still friends friends, next year. we might not even have the same lunch period together, and could easily drift apart. it really intimidates me and we cannot let that happen. next year, more than ever, we have to stay together and help eachother through our freshmen year. together. ok, i think im done pouring my heart and soul into my lj for all to read. i hope i didnt suddenly freak ne1 out by them reading my biggest fear, so sry if i did! lov ya guys!

ok so i had a very nice wake-up call this morning. my dad makes me go out on the pool deck and hose it down cuz its all dirty and gross. which, btw, is one of his chores. so im done and reeling in the hose when my dad comes over and throws me in the pool! hows that for a thank you? i was still in my pajamas!!!! and then i was soaking wet in my pajamas in the pool. very very unpleasant. and my dad had the bright idea of getting bagels this morning which i cannot bite into yet cuz of my new set of braces but he does it neway. ya so i had a great morning... then he decided to take ashton to see star wars and thats where they r now. so i spent the rest of the day by the pool (after i changed into a bathing suit) reading my new book from the library. yes, im a book worm, i admit it. i always have a book ready to dive into. ya i bet a lot of u didnt no that about me, but now u do! lol. ok, i start summer school tomorrow and have to get up and like, 6, no joke cuz we have to leave at 7 to be there at 7:30!!!! argh. ok, ttyl! <3

hey every1. ok, READ THIS: our summer reading book is A BELL FOR ADANO by JOHN HERSEY. all of u lucky enough to read my lj can go to the nearest book store as soon as u read this and by this book before all the other incoming pv freshmen. good luck! it actually doesnt sound that bad. but then again, i love to read so my opinion may be slightly biased. lol. ya i got the book yesterday along w/a new photo album for all my pics of 8th grade and this summer. its pink w/orange and red polka dots and an orange spine. i really like it and it will do its job well. so thats my summer project. oh, and who else is taking the LMS course at pv on monday? let me no! oh ya. i also got this red sox shirt at sports fan attic in the mall. but its like a shirt for a chic so it fits me and lets me show pride and support for my team. bye!

well i spent most of today locking myself in different rooms of the house. my sister, ashton, had two friends over today and i was forced to stay home to help keep an eye on them so they didnt drown in the pool. wow what fun. they r totally crazy. w/e at least now its over. and i did get a brownie. mmmmm. then again, i cant really eat ne thing besides soft mushy things cuz of my stupid new braces!!! argh. well i g2g. out.

ok guys, i no i havnt updated in forever so let me catch u up: i cried like crazy the last day of school. i gotta see everyone over the summer so feel free to call me and we'll make plans. first day of summer i slept over at lindsey's house. we watched like 4 movies, including Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope. lol. the next day was her and nicole's party. we found these christmas lights in the back and wraped them around these two poles. it was so pretty! the party kicked. i got totally soaked while still wearing all my clothes. so then i changed and jumped in the lake w/every1. we had chicken fights and saw a water moccasin. yes, i no i cant spell. ok so the next day i saw the new Star Wars movie w/ Nishant and Darek. Maya was supposed to come but then her mom wouldnt bring her. w/e. we still had lots of fun. these stupid people behind us made the dumbest comments. like, when it first started this guys said, "Is this Harry Potter? oh, sry, wrong movie." wth? but we did have fun making fun of them later... the next day my family made me stay home. i was in the pool most of the time. then on sunday i saw kicking and screaming w/vera, lauren, and gabby. we almost got kicked out just for enjoying the movie. i guess im not allowed the cheer for the team if they're only in the movie. go biongson! if u havent seen the movie dont try to make sence out of that last sentence. so then on tuesday i got braces! they hurt so bad. but they're pretty! teal-blue and pink. they feel better today than yesterday but i still cant eat much. and that brings us to the present. im going to see the longest yard w/amy in a couple of hours. it looks hilarious! ok, well im out. but seriously, call me!

wow, i havent updated in a while. so here i go. this morning i got my appliance off!!! i was so happy. i had a whole bag of popcorn wen i got home. mmmmm. the buttery goodness. neways, finals week! oh boy! i actually didnt have ne today but i have 2 tomorrow. and a spanish presentation wednesday. and an article due for confirmation. they gotta get it all in by the end of the year. graduation is gonna rock! so is the class trip on SATURDAY!!! im so excited. *Class of 2009*

wow busch gardens was sooo much fun! adam, i new u would get on montu! hurray for peer pressure! lol. ya, i rode it 3 times. ania and sofia rode 9. u guys rock! i went on tidal wave 2 times and ate a huge bag of cotton candy. i also gave nick his first bite of cotton candy. i feel special! oh, how could i forget? at usf i found really sexy sunglasses that probly cost 2 bux! i wore them the rest of the day. well, i also rode stanley falls, congo river rapids, and gwazi. i was soo wet! my shorts r still wet. on the bus ride i got to no robert and kate a little better. it was fun. that movie was so cute, i was getting teary! i officially claimed montu for pine view cuz the 3rd time i went on there were 5 rows of 4 w/all pv kids. represent! i didnt go on kumba, too scary for me! maya and i stood on the bridge at tidal wave instead. ya, it was just soo much fun and if u missed it i feel reel bad for ya!

hey guys. today was fun. get better christoph and ryan! u guys need to be well for our awesome trip tomorrow! ok, so in science we dissected ox's eyes. it was soo nasty! when we got them, they still had the eyebrow and lashes on them! and the smell was totally repulsive. vincent took out the pupil and handed it to me. then he and jesse riley were chasing eachother around w/the eye balls. nice going guys. in chorus we were all piled into the small room. it was quite cramped. then in english i was forced to leave my poetry group in the hands of matt ocon and nic cooke for tomorrow. i must say i am quite worried. i dont have an extra poster board... james was skipping spanish again. naughty naughty! i am very disappointed in him. he's supposed to be a good role model and stuff! lol. then at lunch bryan came over and sang us some songs. like: i gave billy some advice. no, no, no, no, nooo. billy dont jump. u should probly use a gun.... and: people w/red shirts r really really really really gayyyy. and brittany, and brittany.... ya it was quite interesting. the math test was so frickin hard! i no i missed at least one. argh. then wolfy gave us a study guide. ya so today was mellow i guess. but tomorrow's gonna rock! to bad i have to get up at 5:45... busch gardens, away!

OMG! the dance last night was absolutly amazing. every1 looked soo great. nicole and jessi, i love your hair! anyways, the notables part was fun but the dance was definitly the best part. i had soo much fun! and they actually made our cafeteria look really good and pretty and stuff! well ed was great, as usual. every song brought more fun. i wish the dance contest hadnt taken so long. gabby i lov u to death and u really r the best dancer! and christoph too! i want to know if we can get some of those pics they took and then put up on the dining side throughout the whole thing. there is 1 i no i want! lol. it really was just too fabulous to explain it all. but i missed almost all of cotton eyed joe to stand in line to get my pic taken w/a bunch of other people. i think every1 that was doing the electric slide w/me was going a separate way than every1 else but thats ok! u no wat? all the guys looked really nice and presentable! i was very impressed! lol. of course goodbyes were the hardest part. luckily, we'll all see eachother on monday neways. not like my sis and the rest of the 5th grade whos dance is the 24th after school. that sux. im going to be bawling my eyes out at graduation and the last day. its soo sad! we just had our last dance being middle schoolers. we'll never have that experiece ever again. man, im getting teary just thinking about it! ok, ill stop now. well, thx to all that made my night extra-special. u no who u r! i love you all soooooooo much!!

ok so today was pretty cool. i got mucho compliments on my new haircut. thx guys! rocco came into science to teach us isafe. im group leader of the poetry thing in man gordon. in karr we did have a party. well, sort of. we watched don quijote and ate candy. and yelled at james for skipping. lol. after school i went to a speech and debate thing. it sounds pretty cool, ill look into it. of course maya left me to go get her nails done w/amy. thx babe! jk, lol. dance tomorrow!!!! i cant wait!!! and kingdom of heaven comes out! sooo hott!!
